1. The service
Subless helps you keep track of your subscriptions. It’s provided by Boardly Systems OÜ (see the imprint). Tracking your subscriptions is free. AI scans past the free ones need a subscription (see 3).
2. Your account
You need an account to use Subless. Keep access to your email and devices safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. AI scans and the subscription
Some imports use AI, and each one counts as a scan; a PDF statement counts one scan per 5 pages. Your first 4 scans are free. After that, scans need a subscription, which includes 30 scans a month that don’t carry over. A scan that fails doesn’t count. Scans have no cash value and can’t be transferred. The price and how to cancel are shown before you subscribe.
The subscription is sold by Polar Software Inc. as our reseller and merchant of record: you buy it from Polar, which takes the payment, charges VAT, sends the invoices and handles refunds under its own terms. It renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription, and it then runs to the end of the month you paid for. If you delete your account, the subscription ends at once.
4. What Subless is not
Subless shows what you entered or what it found in your files, which can be wrong. Check amounts and dates. It doesn’t cancel subscriptions for you, and it isn’t financial advice. Cancel guides link to the provider; their process can change.
5. Fair use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, no automated mass use, no uploading content you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Subless running but can’t promise it’s always available. We may change or end features; for significant changes we tell you in advance by email.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability that the law makes mandatory, such as for defective products, is unaffected.
8. Law
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
